Description
Scottish seaweed selection collected by hand off the West coast. This seaweed selection is 5 species; Oarweed, Channel Wrack, Sugar Kelp, Carrageen and Dulse. There are no poisonous seaweeds around the coast of the UK, however some are in short supply. These seaweeds are harvested responsibly and sustainably paddling out to small islands and into caves by Kayak. The seaweed is cut by penknife. It is then washed and dried naturally and packaged into a re-usable food grade bag. If the weather prevents harvesting, we clean up the beaches and recycle as much as possible.
